FAQs
How long are your courses?
Our courses vary and are dependent on each topic. Each course runs anywhere from 35 minutes - 45 minutes in length.
Are there questions throughout the quiz or only at the end?
As a user takes a course they will watch video sections and have the opportunity to take mini assessments at the end of those sections. As they pass each learning module the employee will encounter a final quiz at the end which must be passed with an 80% to complete the course successfully.
How do we receive the SCORM courses?
Once the courses are ready in your portal we will send you login information. The login information provided will allow you to access your dashboard in our system. From there you can download the titles you need and upload them into your system.
Do we get access to any new updates?
Yes! Anytime we have a new title update or a new topic release you will get access to that course as soon as the SCORM file is made available.
Can I combine SCORM courses if I have purchased other packages?
The answer is yes! We have many customers who have purchased other packages or even use our system for services like Streaming that also use our SCORM courses in their system.
Is my LMS compatibile with SCORM 1.2?
To check if your system can accept SCORM 1.2 courses you will need to contact your LMS service provider. They will be able to tell you if your system can accept those files.
